NSW Spray Seal

New South Wales Spray Seal (NSWSS) is part of the RPQ Group of companies.  Established in 2009 at Chinderah, the company has shown steady growth with additional depots now located at Grafton and Moree. Logistical support is provided by RPQ Spray Seal based at Pinkenba in Brisbane.

NSWSS provides a full range of sealing services including new work, road resealing, commercial works, carparks and runways.  Work is carried out for TfNSW, where we have been accepted to the panel of suppliers, local government shires and councils, private customers and the Mining Sector.

Each depot is serviced with sprayers nationally certified to Austroads Guidelines with capacities ranging from 4,000 litres to 10,000 litres as well as variable rate sprayers. All operations are highly mobile and self- contained, supported by heated bitumen storage in semi, b-double and quad dog trailers.

For extending or maintaining the pavement life, NSWSS can also provide bitumen crack sealing services as well as asphalt or spray seal rejuvenation treatments. Please contact us for more information regarding these services.

As part of the RPQ Group, NSWSS operates under an ISO Certified Integrated Management System that includes Safety, Quality and Environmental Certification.  Safety is paramount, drives our behaviours and ensures that we meet the expectations of our employees, customers and the general public.

As with all RPQ companies, our main strength lies within our people and their commitment to safety, quality and customer service. The key leaders of this business are Steve Payne – Business Development Manager, Daren Mott – NSW Spray Seal Manager along with Michael Hill and Brett Wycherley – Regional Spray Seal Managers.  Collectively, these managers have over 60 years of combined experience in the road surfacing business. Each of our managers is able to provide advice on spray seal treatments and spray seal designs.
